One-stop Production From Material Sourcing to Delivery
Every HCX product goes through a rigorous, multi-stage manufacturing process — combining advanced equipment with skilled craftsmanship to ensure consistent quality and precision in every piece.

1. Raw Material Selection
Only food-grade stainless steel sheets meeting GB 4806 standards are accepted — each batch inspected for thickness, composition, and surface quality before entering production.

2. Laser Cutting
Steel sheets are precision-cut using computer-controlled laser equipment, ensuring clean edges and accurate dimensions for every component.

3. Hydraulic Forming
High-pressure hydraulic presses shape the steel into the required cookware forms — delivering consistent wall thickness and structural integrity throughout.

4. Stretching & Shaping
Each piece is carefully stretched and shaped to achieve its final profile, with close attention to uniformity and dimensional accuracy.

5. Punching & Pressing
Handles, rivets, and functional openings are punched and pressed into position with precision tooling, ensuring secure assembly and a clean finish.

6. Edge Trimming
All edges are trimmed and smoothed to remove sharp burrs, producing a safe, clean rim that meets both functional and aesthetic standards.

7. Surface Polishing
Each piece is polished to the specified finish — brushed or mirror — using professional polishing equipment for a refined, market-ready appearance.
